At Lupulla, we strive to provide high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
1. Should you wish to return an item, you must return it within 30 days of receipt.
2. All returns must be in the original condition as sent; the item must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have all of its original tags attached.
3. Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately ON SALE items cannot be refunded unless considered faulty.
4. Please contact us first for a return or replacement, for replacement, you can directly place a new order and return the previous one to us after emailing us. This is the fastest way to replace the goods.
5. We will bear the return freight for the return caused by our mistake, the return of goods due to personal reasons will be at the buyer’s own expense.

Step1: Request a return or an exchange, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com .
Step2: Explain the reason for returning the goods and provide pictures or videos to prove it. And confirm the return address with us.
Step3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.
Step4: Download the return label if you qualify for a free return.
Step5: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online.
We’ll pop you an email as soon as your return has been processed.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return at the warehouse. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
